About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check. Our stores operate 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. Flexibility is key, and weekend work is a requirement. We will work with you on your shifts to accommodate your lifestyle.
Our in-store pharmacies are popular, and customers expect warmth, friendliness, and confidence from our staff. You will be responsible for assembling and processing prescriptions accurately, promoting pharmacy services, supporting patient services, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. You will also collect prescriptions from doctors' surgeries and bring them to the store for collection. We offer training to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, with opportunities to train as a Dispensing Assistant and advance your pharmacy career.
About You
You are friendly, organized, and eager to work with your team. You have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and providing great healthcare experiences.
