Role Description

At Orion we are responsible for delivering value to our clients by leveraging relationships with our media partners across all media types. Our unique offering provides our clients with effective media saving solutions for their business needs. The Senior Associate is an integral member of the regional digital team, collaborating closely with the Manager and junior members of the team and the broader regional team. This role plays a crucial part in reporting and facilitating digital diversification. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, be proactive, and thrive in collaborative settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the manager in monthly digital reporting in the UK and across the EMEA region and helping to resolve any issues encountered.
  • Maintain tracking documents for clients and digital partners in UK and EMEA region, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
  • Supporting the team with the reconciliation process ensuring accurate and timely billings for the UK and EMEA.
  • Use Excel proficiency to ensure accuracy of documents and efficient processes.
  • Support the wider regional team with reporting and administrative duties, and maintaining relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Analyse and interpret large sets of data and report back to the relevant teams.
  • Work collaboratively alongside junior team members within the regional department, working with the manager in their development.
  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of the digital and data landscape, inclusive of addressable media.
  • Analytical thinker with experience in working with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced business.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in digital and addressable media.
  • Experience with programmatic media is a bonus but not required.
