F5 are supporting a digital transformation consultancy in the Defence sector who are looking for a Business Manager. This role is key to supporting internal operations and helping the business stay aligned with the evolving digital transformation across the MOD and the wider defence supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with MOD DE&S and Defence Digital stakeholders
- Help make sure the company’s processes are efficient, well-organised, and meet ISO quality and information security standards
- Attending key industry conferences and innovation events
- Representing the company through marketing and partner engagement
- Managing Quality and Information Security systems and certifications
- Overseeing office operations and H&S policies
- Supporting the broader commercial function where needed
What They’re Looking For
- Knowledge of Defence Digital and current MOD priorities
- Background in the armed Forces, defence primes, or DE&S
- Experience with digital transformation of defence equipment support processes.
- Comfortable running and representing at events and expos.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience in business operations / administration
- Willingness to travel across the South of England as needed
