The Green Recruitment Company is working with a revolutionary cleantech start-up that plays a vital role in the UK & Europe’s energy transition. Through their suite of Smart Grid software solutions, they enable utilities and grid operators to monitor, optimize, and control power grids. Following VC funding and onboarding international clients, they are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee innovation and BAU projects, ensuring successful implementation of Smart Grid solutions with utilities. This role involves working internally and externally, requiring expertise in project & delivery, especially in smart grid, energy systems, or cleantech products. Based in the UK, this position offers growth and leadership opportunities within a world-class projects team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing project completion on time and within budget
- Creating scalable delivery processes
- Facilitating collaboration and communication
- Managing projects from conception to launch
- Monitoring timelines and adjusting schedules
