The Data Strategy team is the vital part of the organisation driving end to end data and technology capabilities to enable best in class customer centric marketing. Seeking a passionate and highly experienced Data Manager to join the Data Strategy team. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Data Strategy, this role is responsible for helping lead CDP migration and support data and technology requirements necessary for the marketing data strategy. Duties β’ Accountable for the definition of business design and data requirements, including requirements to support marketing activities. β’ Provide subject matter expertise on various data governance and best-practice principles to inform delivery priorities and scheduling. β’ Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa. β’ Lead user acceptance testing of CDP, ensuring they meet business requirements and expectations. β’ Champion the rollout of data solutions within EMEA region and act as an ambassador for adoption and utilization. β’ Serve as the first point of contact for EMEA team regarding all matters related to the Customer Data Platform (CDP). β’ Serve as business point of contact for queries regarding data landscape and integrations, which includes intimate knowledge of data dictionary and data feeds. β’ Act as the data governance owner for the EMEA CIX function, ensuring compliance with data policies and regulations. β’ Define and monitor KPIs related to data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and marketing insights. β’ Work with wide array of internal and external stakeholders to communicate requirements clearly.
