What you will be doing:
- Developing the account management application to manage customer data, handle data received from external systems, and participate in developing our new Customer Services Portal. This will provide our customers with a high-quality, feature-rich experience to administer their products and accounts.
- Delivering a wide range of product features from customer onboarding, account management, to fraud case management and product configuration.
- Ensuring the product is secure and resilient, capable of servicing thousands of concurrent users.

- Designing and developing Pega solutions for case management and decisioning
- Database design and implementation
- Performance monitoring and tuning
- DevOps culture and practices
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
