This isn’t about being a cog in the code churn or getting stuck maintaining one feature for years. They need engineers with a cross-functional skill set who are able to add value through the entire development pipeline. Their engineers are expected to constantly push the boundaries of high-quality cutting-edge features, with everyone's hands firmly on the steering wheel. This creates a dynamic culture of individual ownership and effective collaboration. They are an ever-expanding and improving solution for legal services within the rapidly evolving legal tech space. - Provide support to the rest of the team, utilising your strengths and skills

Their team is encouraged to research, learn and implement new technologies within their ecosystem. They encourage the use of modern tooling, including AI to maximise productivity and reach beyond your grasp. Their performance is assessed based on output. Have you exceeded client expectations, is the feature quality exceptional, have you added value to the product or improved the user experience?
They have embraced a fully remote working environment with flexible working arrangements to give you the freedom to produce high-quality work on your terms. You will need to work on UK timezone office hours.
