A leading UK law firm with a top-ranked Employment, Pensions and Immigration practice is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded HR Advisory Team. This team provides specialist HR and employment law support to a wide range of high-profile clients across the UK and internationally, including some of the country\’s most well-known employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Deliver day-to-day HR/employment law advice to clients across multiple sectors
• Represent clients at Employment Tribunals and undertake advocacy
• Draft legal documentation including tribunal responses, witness statements, and client updates
• Support business development through client training, events, and article writing
• Collaborate with colleagues on client matters and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
• Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and client KPIs, including MI reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) with a strong grounding in employment law
• Advocacy experience (or interest in developing this)
• A client-focused and commercially aware mindset
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities
• Comfortable working to deadlines and meeting billing targets
• A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
