Logistics done differently. Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you pride yourself on your ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy? Do you like the sound of working on a key contract for one of the biggest logistics companies in the industry? We are currently recruiting for a Stock Coordinator to support our distribution contract at our site in Bradford. This role will support the operation with system administration, primarily covering days Monday to Friday.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Carrying out daily clerical tasks/assignments directed by a Stock Manager according to the procedures.
  • Assisting warehouse/distribution functions by operating warehouse (SAP EWM) computerised system.
  • P I checks, Stock Reconciliation, System Reconciliation.
  • Control & manage stock damage.
  • Control & manage quarantine area for damages.
  • Manage returns – physically, through WMS.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • Previous stock control experience.
  • SAP / EWM experience an advantage.
  • High level of communication.
  • PC literate (Microsoft office).
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Willing to be Counter balance / reach & Flexi truck trained.
