Site Manager – Water Infrastructure Projects 📍 Based near Newcastle (Regional Office) 💼 Permanent | £50,000 to £70,000 (DOE) + Benefits A leading civil engineering contractor as they continue to grow their presence in the North of England are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team, supporting long-term framework contracts with several tier 1 water and utilities companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that delivers high-quality water infrastructure projects across the region, operating from a well-established regional office near Newcastle. What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing and delivering civil engineering works on water infrastructure projects * Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Dealing with clients, stakeholders, and regional office teams to maintain clear communication and smooth operations * Ensuring all work meets quality standards and environmental and health & safety regulations What They’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering, ideally water or utilities sectors * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications * Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region when required A great opportunity to work on high-profile water sector frameworks with major utilities providers.
