Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students with autism and other SEN needs
• Assist in the delivery of engaging and accessible lessons
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support individual learning plans
• Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
