This distinguished law firm renowned for its expertise in corporate law, is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer for ongoing consulting role. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to leverage their expertise in a flexible consulting capacity.

Job Description:
As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of corporate law matters. Your role will involve advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and other complex corporate transactions.Key

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
  • Represent clients in corporate transactions and negotiations.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support transaction strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Stay current with developments in corporate law and advise clients on potential impacts.

    • Qualifications:

  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law.
  • Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and advisory work.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and commercial contracts.
  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in a consulting capacity is a plus.
