PS Ltd is looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established and vibrant Castle Donington office. This will be supporting the Driving Division, based on-site.
Are you currently in a recruitment resourcer role or a recruitment admin role? Are you currently being held back where you are? Duties include:
- High volume of outgoing availability calls to see which candidates are available for work
- Interviewing candidates
- Drawing up shortlists of candidates to meet client requirements
- Reference checking
- Right to work checks and Compliance checking
- Placing adverts onto various job boards
- Account management and developing existing client relationships
- General admin duties
