Location: Greater London (not fully remote – the candidate should be able to travel to the client location)

We are looking for a Solution Architect who will join our team.

Requirements:
  • Overall 10+ years of Information technology experience involved in designing and architecting solutions across customer landscapes with specialisation in Workday, Payroll, Recruitment and cloud data applications in HR, Procurement space.
  • In-depth Experience with the HR portfolio primarily Workday and all relevant modules including HCM, Recruitment, Payroll, Time Tracking, Learning and Development, Skills.
  • Work alongside Solution and Enterprise Architects to architect solutions with a deep understanding of Architecture methodology such as TOGAF etc.
  • Experience in owning Architectural artefacts, presenting solutions to the Architecture board, and ensuring smooth delivery of Projects.
  • Proven Solution Architect experience for large-scale HR and Data transformation programs.
  • Experience articulating the relationship between the business needs and recommended system architecture to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience in business analysis, facilitating a design workshop to gather requirements and then translating the requirements into design.
  • Have a strong understanding of overall architecture, integration, process and focused on UX with Deep understanding and knowledge of digital trends in HR and Cloud Data Platforms.
  • Have a strong understanding of Master Data Management and Master Data Integration Patterns and Designs.
  • Have a good understanding of API framework and API Integrations.
  • Should have demonstrated skills of being an individual contributor and having strong advisory skills.
  • Experience producing high-quality project deliverables.
  • Experience in enterprise structure design and implementation to meet both transactional and reporting needs of an organisation.
  • Experience of Data Integration and Data Modelling designs for ERP as well Data Analytics landscape using cloud platforms like Azure, GCP.
  • Understanding of information technology security and privacy information.
