About the Role Are you passionate about using technology to drive real-world impact in health and social care? We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to help implement innovative solutions across care homes, improving resident safety, staff efficiency, and operational outcomes. This is a key leadership role working with senior stakeholders to shape the digital future of care services, including fall prevention, sensor technology, and predictive health monitoring. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the digital transformation strategy across multiple care home sites. * Identify and implement technologies that improve quality of care and reduce incidents. * Collaborate with care home managers, clinical leads, and compliance officers to ensure adoption. * Train and support staff on new systems (e.g., remote monitoring, sensor-based alerts). * Monitor KPIs and track the ROI of technology implementations. * Stay ahead of CQC guidance, funding streams, and relevant tech developments. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience delivering tech transformation projects in a health or care environment. * Strong understanding of care home operations and CQC compliance. * Familiarity with technologies like fall detection, vitals monitoring, or digital records. * Excellent communication and change management skills. * Passion for improving outcomes through innovation.
