Butler Ross are currently recruiting on behalf of a large organisation for a Procurement Operations Analyst to join their dynamic and sizeable Procurement function. You will play a key role in audits, reporting and systems, keeping things running smoothly and acting as the first point of contact for procurement related queries. This is an ideal development role and could suit someone coming from a business analyst, procurement analyst or operations analyst background, who is proficient working with systems, solving problems and providing great service. Prior procurement experience is not essential, but an interest in developing a career in procurement is key.

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for procurement queries across the business
  • Supporting users with procurement systems and guiding them through processes
  • Managing supplier onboarding and carrying out assurance checks
  • Maintaining procurement guidance documents and buying channel information
  • Running scheduled and ad hoc reports to support decision making
  • Administering procurement systems like SAP Ariba and Coupa (full training provided)
  • Monitoring compliance and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Supporting audits and liaising with internal stakeholders and support functions
