About the team:

The e-commerce data science team aims to maximize the efficiency of e-commerce transactions through quantitative techniques such as mathematical statistics and machine learning. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, candid, and efficient working atmosphere. We invite excellent data scientists to join us in building a first-class e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with user growth products and operations to translate business needs into data issues to support and guide business development.
• Supporting AB experiments of user growth strategies and developing methodologies.
• Completing analyses independently to provide effective recommendations for strategy iteration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in data science; experience in e-commerce or user growth is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of metrics like LTV, ROI, user behavior, and marketing. Proficient in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Expertise in A/B testing and its application in business contexts.
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong project management skills and ability to perform under pressure.
