Project Delivery Manager / Hydro-power Project Engineer / Renewables Project Engineer required to join a leading global manufacturer of electro-mechanical rotating equipment / machinery. The role will lead and manage Hydro-power projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project P&L, budget, and cash flow, ensuring financial targets and forecasts are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards throughout project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generating new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coach and develop workforce members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Location: Work from the office in Aberdeen.
Requirements:
- Proven track record managing Hydro-power projects such as Hydro power generation, hydro renewables, hydroelectric and or similar.
- Experience as project manager, project engineer, lead project engineer, operations manager or similar within the Hydro project industry.
- A technical electrical Engineering qualification would be advantageous.
- Must be commutable to Aberdeen OR willing to relocate to Aberdeen for the role.
Package: £40,000 - £50,000 Bonus Pension 25 days holiday + bank holidays Additional benefits.
