Education Lawyer needed in Bradford Paying £24.13 per hr Ref 5258862 Full time time on a temporary basis Role Purpose: Provide expert legal advice and representation on education law matters, particularly focusing on SEN Tribunal work. Key Responsibilities: Undertake all aspects of SEN Tribunal work, including advocacy, drafting responses, and consent orders. Liaise with the SEN Tribunal, Local Authority, schools, experts, and private practice solicitors. Provide advisory work to the Local Authority, members, and committees on all aspects of SEN Tribunal matters. Ensure compliance with relevant education law and best practices. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents. Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings. Qualified education lawyer with experience in SEN Tribunal work.
