Balance Education is currently recruiting for a Quality Improvement Officer for the Teaching & Learning Sector. Our client is a successful, well established, UK wide, apprenticeship and further education training provider. This position is a home based role with regional travel (South of England) to the providers various centres and training locations. You will be providing Quality Improvement CPD, assessments and training to the providers tutors and training staff.
Package and Benefits:
- £35,000 to £37,500 Basic Salary + £5,000 Car Allowance (£40,000 to £42,500 Total Income)
- Company pension.
- 34 Days Holiday.
- 45p a Mile Mileage Allowance + Car Allowance
Essential experience and qualifications:
- You must have previous teaching experience and hold a level 4 teaching or assessing qualification
- Previous Quality Improvement experience for teaching, learning and assessment is essential
- You will need a UK driving license
