As a Client Coordinator at Restore Harrow Green, you will be the key point of contact for clients throughout their commercial relocation journey. Based at our Croydon site, you will be responsible for coordinating services, managing expectations, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from initial planning through to project completion.

Working within the fast-paced and dynamic commercial relocation industry, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the dedicated liaison for clients throughout their relocation project
  • Manage communications to ensure client needs are clearly understood and delivered effectively
  • Resolve issues and queries quickly and professionally, using sound judgement and initiative
  • Support project delivery by coordinating with internal teams, including operations, transport and project managers
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services and add value to the client experience
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and legal standards
  • Maintain detailed client records and manage all administrative processes with efficiency
  • Attend team meetings, briefings and planning sessions to ensure smooth project execution
  • Build strong internal relationships to support a collaborative and efficient working environment
  • Prepare and deliver regular client updates and reporting as required
  • Perform other duties in line with the needs of the business
