About the Role

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Thermal Insulation Engineers to join our dynamic team working on high-profile projects across London. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of thermal insulation systems in industrial and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain various insulation materials (mineral wool, phenolic foam, cellular glass, etc.)
  • Work on ducting, piping, plant, and structural steelwork
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Apply appropriate cladding (e.g., aluminum, steel, PIB)
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure insulation meets industry standards
  • Adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in thermal insulation (industrial or commercial)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Valid CSCS card (Blue/Gold preferred)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Thermal Insulation (or equivalent)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work across various sites in Greater London

Desirable

  • IPAF, PASMA, or confined space certification
  • Experience working in construction, energy, or utilities sectors
