We are currently partnering with a highly respected City law firm to recruit an immigration paralegal to join its market-leading immigration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of UK business and private immigration matters, working alongside experienced practitioners in a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting visa applications under the Points-Based Immigration System, including Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes
- Assisting with Sponsor Licence applications, renewals, and compliance matters
- Supporting on private client immigration issues, including applications for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Drafting correspondence, application forms, and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, the Home Office, and internal stakeholders
- Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records
Candidate Profile:
- A strong academic background (Law degree or equivalent essential)
- Prior experience working as an immigration paralegal is helpful (ideally 3+ months in a law firm or professional services environment)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in UK immigration law and client service
