A technology company is looking to appoint a Commercial Paralegal in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and make a valuable contribution to the successful functioning of the legal team.
Duties will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including SAAS contracts
- Drafting and reviewing NDAs and engagement letters
- Conducting legal research on a broad range of matters
- Supporting the wider legal team on a range of corporate, employment, data protection and commercial matters
You will be a Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience within an In-house or private practice organisation. Experience of technology contracts is essential. It is essential to be able to demonstrate a pragmatic solutions-based approach and strong relationship building skills combined with excellent communication skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, acting with a degree of independence whilst being part of a supportive and collegiate culture. You must have the flexibility and drive to support a multidisciplinary team.
