An internationally recognised company is seeking a Dedicated Customer Professional to join their team at their European Head Office in Gravesend, Kent. You’ll be supporting customers in Portugal, working in a collaborative, multilingual setting where innovation and agility are embraced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee deliveries for the Portugal customer base
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer requests and enquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and weekly calls
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, driving continuous improvement
