CPCS/NPORS Groundworker / Dumper

Teamforce Labour are actively seeking a Groundworker/Dumper Operator (BLUE CPCS/NPORS) for immediate start in Leiston. Key Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper Ticket (Forward Tipping) Experience working on deep drainage sites Ability to safely operate a Dumper in a busy, high-risk environment Full PPE and own transport (preferred) Excellent awareness of site health & safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Duties Will Include: Operating the dumper as and when required All aspects of groundwork – including deep drainage, laying ducts and pipes, backfilling, and finishing Supporting on-site logistics Working under site supervision to deliver project requirements Maintaining machinery and reporting any issues What We Offer: Immediate start on a long-term project Competitive, negotiable rates depending on experience Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a major infrastructure project About Us: Teamforce Labour is a trusted provider of skilled personnel to the Rail, Civil, and Construction industries across the UK.
