Three Bridges Recruitment have partnered with a prominent Professional Services firm who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team at either their Glasgow or Edinburgh offices. Job

The role of Credit Controller will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Monitoring and Distribution of Aged Accounts Receivable reports
  • Review, update, and maintain credit control processes and communication records
  • Arranging and attending Accounts Receivable review meetings with Partners
  • Quick resolution of client queries
  • Review of client account balances and negotiation of payment of disputed fees
  • Escalation of unpaid fees to Debt Recovery within required timeframes
  • Collaborating with the Billing team on invoice revisions/amendments
  • Identification of debts requiring provision allocation
  • Maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and information security policies

You

As a Credit Controller you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Proven experience in a credit control role within a professional services or financial service business
  • Professional representation of the Finance Team and firm ethos
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work duties
  • Effective prioritisation and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and work effectively with a wider finance team
