In this role, you will be responsible for providing service offerings & service update information to customers, creating service catalogue plans, maintaining those plans, designing the Service Catalogue, and conducting gap analysis and due diligence during the design phase. Required Experience: Extensive experience in building and publishing a Service Catalogue in ServiceNow . Proven experience in analyzing current Service Catalogue tooling and ensuring proper configuration. Experience in defining Demand and Service Fulfilment Processes . Ability to multitask across various functions and contexts. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels and influence without authority. Good working knowledge of common tools (MS Office, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams) and industry methodologies (ITIL, DevSecOps, Agile). Deep understanding of service management frameworks and the ability to apply technical knowledge to projects or programs. Focus on the entire service delivery lifecycle, from design to operation, understanding how IT products, suppliers, and vendors collaborate to deliver IT services. Ability to understand client expectations and ensure service delivery aligns with them. Position is permanent with a salary up to £75,000 plus bonus. Hybrid work model: 2-3 days on-site in London or Portsmouth.
