Position Summary: If you are an ambitious self-starter looking for a progressive career within the Retail Beauty Industry, then this could be the perfect role for you. As one of our talented Clinique Consultants, you will be passionate about beauty, creating an exceptional customer experience that makes your client feel Valued, Respected, Connected, and Confident while selling our market-leading products across Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance. You will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and surprises & delights them. Working with your dynamic team, you will help create a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications
- You may or may not have experience within a retail environment; we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed.
- You will have a passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
- A desire to understand your clientβs skin and makeup goals to confidently recommend custom-fit routines.
- An approachable and friendly personality.
- Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.

- Previous retail industry/customer service experience is beneficial.
