Housing Management Solicitor

We are currently partnering with a housing association with multiple offices nationwide, who are recruiting for a Housing Management Solicitor to join their growing team on an initial four month locum basis.

This is a full time, fully remote position, offering an hourly rate of £40-£45/hour via an umbrella company (with scope to negotiate), with the role due to interview and start ASAP.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Acting as part of the Housing Management and Property Litigation team of qualified lawyers

Providing expertise in the following areas: ASB, possession cases, debt recovery and breaches of tenancy

Advising on First Tier Tribunal cases, trespass/Right of Way/breach of Easement claims and landlord/leaseholder breach of contract/lease terms

Supporting and advising regional Lawyers so that they can better prepare and draft their own pleadings

Experience required:

Experience working in social housing or a local authority

Two years+ PQE

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Disrepair

ASB

Possession claims

Debt recovery

Breaches of tenancy

Working hours:

35 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
