We are working with a Global Tier One Consulting firm in their Digital Transformation practice. This team helps clients achieve business objectives by developing strategy, leveraging the latest Digital trends to deliver transformation and establishing a culture of change. The organisation is now looking to scale their leadership team in the Digital Practice by hiring a Digital Transformation Director. This individual will help their clients maximise value from technology and advisory services, helping clients leverage disruptive technology trends, implementing digital products and helping to define digital operating models.
The Practice: This team, a Global Leader in Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology, Digital Experience, AI and Emerging Technology, takes their clients on a journey from strategy to solutions that enables:
- Digital transformation and embedded new agile ways of working.
- Embracing and driving significant value from new technologies including AI.
- To achieve better cost discipline across their technology and digital investments.
- Create leaner, agile, and market-leading operating models.

Experience required:
- Over 15 years + of professional experience in both consulting and industry.
- Demonstrable experience operating at Director level with senior-level stakeholders across client organisations.
- Deep experience within multiple digital areas including: AI, Digital Architecture, Product Management, Enterprise Technology and Digital Strategy.
- Proven experience building and growing teams.
- Experience leading business development activities and owning the commercial process.
- Proven ability to scope and deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes.
