Purpose of Role: To support the SENDCO in leading inclusive, high-quality SEND provision across the school—developing curriculum, managing EHCP processes, leading teaching interventions, and supporting staff, students, and families. Fulltime Mon – Friday  ASAP/September start  Key Responsibilities: Inclusion & Student Support Champion high expectations and outcomes for students with SEND Curriculum & Teaching Work with curriculum leaders to ensure quality of inclusive teaching at KS3/4. Identify and promote effective SEND teaching strategies and monitor differentiation Parents & Partnerships Liaise with external agencies, feeder schools, and parents. Work closely with families to support behavior and learning plans. Leadership & Management Assist in building and maintaining a skilled, cohesive SEND team. Support strategic leadership in SEND provision, curriculum design, and staff training. Person Specification: Essential: Possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education), demonstrating your commitment to excellence in the field of education. Strong communication, time management, and team leadership skills
