About the Opportunity
We’re building a world-class consulting practice at the intersection of Data, AI, and Cloud Transformation — and we are hiring a Consulting Partner to lead it. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape and grow a next-gen advisory capability embedded within a global tech innovator.
You’ll be a strategic leader and trusted CxO advisor, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex digital and data-led transformation journeys — particularly within finance, insurance, public sector, and other regulated industries. This is more than a sales role — you’ll build a practice, shape thinking, drive impact, and own client outcomes across some of the UK’s most iconic organisations.
The Role
- Lead the growth and delivery of Data & AI consulting engagements, with a focus on C-level impact.
- Own a £10M+ annual sales target and support a strong backlog and revenue pipeline.
- Develop and deliver high-value, transformation-led strategies across cloud, AI, and data platforms.
- Serve as executive sponsor for critical engagements, owning outcomes, margin, and client satisfaction.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of consulting leaders, architects, and delivery experts.
- Create IP, drive thought leadership, and help define our Data & AI market position.
What You’ll Bring
