A prestigious and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Exeter is seeking a confident and professional Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to represent a top-tier legal firm and provide a first-class client experience.

About the Role: As the firm’s Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and staff. Your role is essential in maintaining the professional image of the firm. You’ll be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, answering calls, and supporting the team with a range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the face of the firm as their front-of-house Receptionist
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • Managing meeting room bookings and setting up rooms for appointments
  • Receiving and sorting post and deliveries
  • Assisting with general office administration as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • A polished, professional, and welcoming manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and telephone systems
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
