Finatal is collaborating with a high-growth logistics business who has recently been acquired by a PE fund. The company is currently going through a large-scale transformation and they’re seeking an experienced Finance Controller to help lead the professionalisation of the finance function, oversee process improvements and support with the implementation of Sage Intact. To be successful you must have SME experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve month end reporting.
- Support the implementation of Sage Intact.
- Oversee and enhance financial controls, processes, and systems to support scalability.
- Manage the finance team, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance.
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on budget forecasts, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
