Graff Search is delighted to partner with this leading Financial Services institution in central London in search for a Compliance Manager for their UK operation. The role reports directly to the UK Head of Compliance and is positioned within a small Compliance team where you are exposed to all regulatory activities, including AML / Financial Crime across the UK business whilst working closely with Operational Risk, Audit and Compliance Committees across the group.
This role will suit someone that has cut their teeth in the UK regulatory field and has a good understanding of FCA &/or PRA regulations and enjoys a varied role where no one day is the same. As well as being technically challenging, you will also be exposed to Senior Stakeholders within the business where you will be expected to influence change and monitor and highlight any regulatory issues.
This is a 360 compliance role where you will be expected to offer:
- Compliance Advisory tasks to the business
- Monitoring & Reporting tasks
- Ad hoc tasks, including Data Protection matters (GDPR)
This is a permanent appointment offering a competitive package and 3 days hybrid working in central London.
