I am looking to speak with Heads of FP&A who are currently on the market for their next interim role. The incoming hire will work closely with the Group CFO and wider leadership team to:
- Stabilise and optimise monthly management reporting – including standardising processes, improving timeline accuracy, and ensuring MI is aligned with the expectations of the PE sponsor.
- Drive adoption and effective use of a newly implemented FP&A tool – this includes building out workflows, training the team, and embedding best-practice forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
- Own and refine group-level planning & analysis – support long-range forecasting, scenario modelling, variance analysis, and reporting packs tailored for Board and investor presentations.
- Coach and upskill a growing FP&A team – instil rigour, improve output quality, and set up a scalable operating rhythm across the function.
