We are supporting a growing organisation to recruit for a Customer Support Administrator. This role is initially 12 months with the view to go permanent. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers, predominantly via email, with the removal process from their portfolio
- Administration for the contract paperwork
- Supporting the sales team and attending customer meetings
- Removing data from customer accounts
- Managing a designated mailbox
