Your Impact: As Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of strategic financial decision-making, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless financial operations. This is more than a numbers role - it’s about influence, innovation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Reporting - reviewing income/expenditure reporting and providing updated forecasts to the business
  • Cashflow analysis across projects and funds (inc. input on capital call requirements)
  • Assisting with Fund quarter end reporting
  • Debt Management - projecting reporting compliance, fulfilling reporting requirements and liaising with external parties (Lenders, lawyers, administrators)
  • SPV Accounting - responsible for annual financial statements and quarterly management accounts across given portfolios. Ensuring tax compliance and companies house (including VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS, capital allowances)
  • The Senior Finance Business Partner will also have oversight of the audit processes
  • External stakeholder management (banking relationships, property managers, administrators, operating companies)
  • Business Partnering with the commercial business, acting as the main point of contact
  • Line management of junior management accountants within the team

What You Bring:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified (or working towards qualification)
