We are partnering with a leading London-based client who is undergoing a period of transformation and is seeking an experienced 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝟔-𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭. Salary £51K FTE This is a pivotal role supporting their people agenda, where you\’ll lead complex ER cases, provide expert advice to managers and HR colleagues, and help shape policies that foster an outstanding employee experience. You\’ll bring experience from a 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. (Hybrid two days a week in London – EC). Key responsibilities: Take ownership of all disciplinary and grievance cases, including complex matters, tribunal representation, and settlement agreements. Advise on performance and capability issues, including performance planning, absence management, appeals, and hearings, working closely with senior stakeholders. Produce insightful reports and actionable recommendations. Coach, advise, and influence a broad range of stakeholders to embed best ER practices. Design and implement ER strategies to address trends and recurring challenges. Analyse and report on HR and ER data, driving improvements through tracking, analysis, and action planning. Contribute to policy and procedure development and reviews. Lead or support HR projects related to employee relations. Support leaders and teams through organisational change, helping to embed new ways of working. About you: You\’ll have extensive experience handling complex UK ER cases including tribunals and settlements underpinned by strong knowledge of UK employment law in the private sector A collaborative team player, you\’ll bring an approachable yet influential style that drives success within a high-performing HR function. CIPD-qualified, you\’ll demonstrate strong business partnering skills, with the confidence to coach, influence, and support senior leaders through change.
