Project Manager Construction

ACR are working with a multi-award winning residential business who are on the lookout for a Project Manager manager to work on either a permanent or temproary to permanent posistion on a large scale new build/refurbishment in South London. As a Project Manager you will support the Project Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites. What is required from you: * Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. * Experience working on a heritage refurbishment * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. * Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field. * Available to start immediately * Hold in date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates Please apply now to be considered for this opportunity
