Job Title: Stores assistant (Temp to Perm) Location: Rugby Rate: £13.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday Day shift Type: Temporary to Permanent About the Role: The Recruitment Group is seeking a reliable and mature individual to join a well-established team in a key Stores Assistant role. This position involves working closely with a long-standing team member who brings over 50 years of experience to the table, offering in-depth training and support. Responsibilities: Counting, boxing, labelling, and weighing fixings for large international contracts Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Following clear instructions and procedures Taking initiative and asking questions when needed Maintaining a tidy and organised working environment What We’re Looking For: Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal) Strong numerical abilities and attention to detail Ability to listen, learn, and work independently after training Someone looking for long-term employment – this is not a short-term role Why Apply?
