Kitchen Supervisor

Manpower have an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Kitchen Supervisor for our client in NG8. Working in a school kitchen, preparing food for approx 330 pupils a day duties will include: Assisting the Head Chef Preparing and cooking meals Ensure high levels of hygiene and health and safety are adhered to Assisting with planning future menus ensuring following guidelines on nutrition Line management of two kitchen assistantsAbout you: Experience of managing people Catering experience Able to work as part of a team, with good communication skills to all levels Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update service (or be able to pass one and go on the Update service).
