The team advises on the full suite of banking and finance work, with particular emphasis on real estate financing—often complex, high-value matters involving institutional lenders, borrowers, and funds. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience acting on both lender and borrower mandates, navigating multi-jurisdictional deals and managing client expectations with precision and commercial clarity.

You’ll be stepping into a collaborative, well-integrated team that values initiative, rigour, and a solution-led mindset. A strong grounding in real estate finance is essential, ideally gained at a recognised international or City firm. Experience across broader banking and finance transactions will be advantageous. In addition to technical aptitude, the successful candidate will have the ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients, often across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
