We have an opportunity to join a consultancy firm as a Senior Manager in Reward, supporting a diverse range of clients with strategic and technical reward solutions. You will work across sectors, shaping how organisations attract, retain, and motivate talent through market-leading reward structures.

The Role:

  • Design and implement reward strategies aligned to corporate goals at UK and global levels.
  • Advise on job architecture, job evaluation, pay and grading frameworks.
  • Develop and model annual bonus and long-term incentive plans, including cost and payout modelling.
  • Lead the development of employee value propositions and performance management systems.
  • Provide insight through remuneration benchmarking and advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong reward experience, either in-house or in consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with data tools.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery.
