A rapidly growing RegTech company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their high-performing, collaborative team. Their software suite helps regulated businesses stay compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations β and your role will be key to ensuring customers get maximum value from the platform.
What youβll be doing:
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients, with a focus on retention and revenue growth
- Lead face-to-face and virtual meetings to align client goals with product capability
- Create tailored success plans to support adoption and compliance outcomes
- Handle objections and escalations with professionalism and confidence
- Identify and mitigate churn risks proactively
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on onboarding and upsell opportunities
