Head of HR Full-time/ open to part-time (3 days per week) Salary £55,000–£65,000 per annum Our client is a mission-focused organisation set on making the world a better place. The role requires a proactive approach to HR leadership, strong prioritisation skills, and an ability to contribute to a close-knit, agile team. Key Responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive, generalist HR service across the organisation Provide day-to-day HR advice and support and build robust relationships across all levels Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new staff Lead the monthly payroll process Design and support training and development initiatives, including statutory and mandatory requirements Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes Advise on and help resolve employee relations matters Review, develop, and communicate HR policies and ensure legal compliance Create and implement a people strategy that champions engagement, inclusion, and retention Develop strategies for succession planning and career progression Support the preparation and presentation of reports and data for the executive board Help foster a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture About You Demonstrated ability to operate independently while also collaborating with key stakeholders Strong leadership and first-class communication and relationship management skills Sound understanding of UK employment law and confident dealing with complex ER cases Proven track record of driving positive organisational change and workplace culture
