A well-established professional services firm in Central London is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide vital support across a range of HR functions including:
  • Managing HR systems, templates, and trackers
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
  • Drafting contracts and employee communications
  • Supporting performance reviews, appraisals, and absence tracking
  • Managing the HR inbox and day-to-day employee queries
  • Producing HR reports and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation

About You:

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified
  • 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally in professional services
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, discreet, and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (IRIS HR a plus)
