This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week temporary period. Key Responsibilities: * Operating forklift trucks to move and organise stock within the warehouse. * Loading and unloading deliveries. * Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organised. * Assisting with inventory management and stock control. * Adhering to health and safety regulations. * Support the Department Team Leader / Supervisor by checking and updating information on incoming / outgoing goods from storage and production. * Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: * FLT drivers experience * Previous experience in a warehouse environment. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication skills. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing heavy barrows and loading/unloading deliveries. Person Specification: * Good communication skills and ability to work with colleagues at all levels. * Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. * Motivated to contribute to the company’s vision of becoming the market leader in foam and fiber conversion.
