Printing Machine Operator  Location: Wolverhampton Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 Hours: Rotational shifts (Mornings and Afternoons) Permanent A well-established manufacturer is seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and associated equipment  Carry out machine setup and ensure accurate production runs in line with job specifications Read and interpret production orders/job tickets to ensure correct setup and operation Monitor product quality throughout the production process and identify defects Liaise with packers to ensure defective products are excluded Adhere to all SOPs Maintain accurate production records and ensure product traceability Perform additional tasks as assigned.What We’re Looking For: Experience operating production machinery Strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols Ability to read technical instructions and job specifications A good communicator with an eye for detail and a proactive approach Flexible and reliable team player
